No. The conversion runs in your browser on your own computer. The page sends nothing about your file anywhere, and nothing is stored or logged.
Is the Markdown to Word converter free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no limit on how many files you convert.
Which Markdown does it support?
Headings, paragraphs, bold, italic, strikethrough, inline code, code blocks, block quotes, bullet, numbered and task lists, tables, horizontal rules and links.
What happens to images?
An image shows as a short text note with its address, so the page never loads anything from the web. Add the picture in Word after you convert.
Will the Word file keep my headings?
Yes. Each Markdown heading becomes a Word heading style, so the navigation pane and a table of contents in Word can use them.
